We ship our pieces worldwide! Below you’ll find information about our shipping times, couriers, and costs based on your location and order weight.
We partner with FedEx for international orders and Royal Mail for UK deliveries to ensure your pieces arrive safely and promptly.
Below are the estimated shipping times after our made-to-order production period. Please refer to the product description to find out if your items are made-to-order or ready to ship.
International Shipping with FedEx Connect Plus
- USA: 3 - 5 working days | £15 - £25
- Europe: 2 - 5 working days | £10 - £15
- Republic of Ireland: 2 - 4 working days | £8
- Rest of the World: 3 - 7 working days | £20 - £30
UK Shipping with Royal Mail Tracked
- United Kingdom: 2 - 3 working days | £6
All single knitwear comb orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked with a shipping cost of £6.
Once ordered, follow the journey of your items via our Knitter Tracker.
All orders are packaged and shipped from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. We are pleased to confirm that there are no changes to ordering from us following Brexit. We remain part of both the UK internal market and the EU Single Market under the Northern Ireland Protocol and the Free Trade Agreement, allowing us to continue serving our customers just as we did before.
Shipping to UK & EU
There are no additional charges such as duties or tariffs for orders shipped to the UK and EU.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
Please note that import duties and tariffs vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing customercare@hopemacaulay.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to confirm that your exchange or refund has been processed.
Shipping Fees
If you cancel your order before dispatch, your original standard shipping cost will be refunded. For all other cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return or exchange shipments and for arranging the return with their local courier. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit and strongly advise obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number.
Custom-Made Items – Final Sale
All custom-made pieces, created to your specific requirements (such as custom sizing, colour combinations and special design requests), are final sale and non-returnable. These items are made specifically for you, therefore we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Returning Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges for items returned outside of our policy. If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage costs to have the item returned to them.
Return to Sender
If your parcel is not successfully delivered and is returned to us, you will automatically receive an email notification along with a refund for your order, minus any shipping costs or any duties and taxes we have incurred. If it is a custom order, you will be required to cover costs of shipment back to you. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed on their way back to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages. We strongly recommend tracking your parcel using the provided details to help ensure successful delivery.
The Nature of Handmade
Many of our pieces are handmade using traditional techniques. Slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, or finish are natural and part of what makes each item unique - they are not considered faults or defects. Minor irregularities are inherent to handmade craftsmanship.
