Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost. 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

Unfortunately, sample sale items, custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
