We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.

We will provide a DHL Express return label and you will have the option to drop your shipment off at your nearest service point https://locator.dhl.com/or DHL Express will collect your items on a day / time slot of your choice from your chosen address for free. Please write a note within your returned package stating your order number, proof of purchase (via email) and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
