We are happy to accept returns of items that are unused with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. It must also be in the original packaging.  

If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back at your own cost. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (printed out or digitally) and a note within your package with order number, stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Shipping your return

If you are an international customer, please ensure the parcel and customs paperwork are both clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS / UK ORIGIN'

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this time, therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you would like to exchange for the same item but in a different size, send us an email at Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on exchanges at this same, so please make sure you order the correct size when you first place the order.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
