Shipping and Returns


We ship all around the world to 220 countries using DHL Express, which is a reliable, fast and trackable service. 

Shipping fees & estimated shipping time (after the 14-28 day handmade-to-order production time):

UK: £10 : Next day (plus 1 day for highlands and islands)

Republic of Ireland: £20 - £40 : Next day

USA: £20 - £45 : 1 to 3 working days

Europe: £25 - £50 : 1 to 2 working days

Canada: £25 - £55 : 2 working days

Australia and New Zealand: £30 - £55 : 2 to 3 working days

Rest of world: £30 - £65 : 2 to 5 working days

Our shipping prices vary, depending on what items have been ordered and the shipping destination. Your exact shipping fee can be calculated at the checkout. 

Brexit: We are happy to say as a result of the Northern Ireland Protocol we are in a very strong position to continue to service our customers in exactly the same way as we do currently. There are no changes in ordering from us post-brexit. Please see all info on our Brexit update page here

Excluding the UK and EU, currently duty and customs are not included in our shipping costs for international orders. Each country has different import duty, tariff and VAT threshold rules - please check with your local authorities.

With DHL Express, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email will the details of your order. After our 14-28 day handmade-to-order production time, you will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been dispatched and a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best. DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

- Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family

- Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place

- Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified

- Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection

- Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days

- Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

For the ultimate convenience we offer an express returns solution via DHL Express.

We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.

Please write a note within your returned package stating your order number, proof of purchase (via email) and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

We will provide a DHL Express return label and you will have the option to drop your shipment off at your nearest service point or DHL Express will collect your items on a day / time slot of your choice from your chosen address for free. Just pop in your 10 digit DHL tracking number

We will receive your items within a few days and process your exchange / refund immediately. Once your item has been collected:

- We will get your items back within 1-5 days

- We will contact you to confirm receipt and to ensure that your exchange or refund has been processed.

The return fee will be the same price as your original shipping charge. This fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed immediately upon receipt of your package. See below:

Unfortunately, as we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges at this same, we encourage to please make sure you order the correct size when you first place the order. Please see our sizing information here.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
